Rudy's BBQ Creamed Corn
So, if you have been to Texas, you may have stopped to dine at Rudy's BBQ.
This is a favorite of my husband. And, my youngest son loves the creamed corn.
I found this recipe, Rudy's Creamed Corn, and decided to make up a batch to
serve with my Instant Pot pulled pork.
I used my slow-cooker for this recipe. 4 hours total.
Give it an occasional stir.
Frozen Corn
Cream Cheese and Butter
Heavy Cream
Sugar
Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
